A visionary before anything else, Elie Damian started off managing Le Quartier. The hotel was the first of a longer journey seeking excellence through every touch point. With over 20 years in the business, Damian Holding has only grown more ambitious. Branching out, the holding company acquired another hotel, Monte-Cassino, launched a Lebanese cuisine concept, Kahwet Sanferien, and expanded into every area in the field including catering, housekeeping and events to name a few. Today, the Damian family sets on growing its portfolio by preserving the father’s vision and working on providing top tier service coupled with a quality product across its businesses.
